21 DAYS TO HAPPY

Good afternoon viewers.
Yes I have been away for awhile. Did anyone notice or miss me. I have been busy with things. Now it's time to get back on track and I need your help, or input.
IF, I could provide you with a 21 day program that was just 30 minutes daily, with a meal plan that is simple to follow with portion control system-telling you exactly what to eat (without starving), and you could lose 10+ lbs in just these 3 weeks, how serious would you be about trying it? I'm looking for just a couple of partners to do this with me. Test group starting soon.
