Good evening viewers. It's warm here and a/c's are running. Well, did my first PiYo tonight. Did lower body defined. Did work up a sweat, and even my upper body got a workout. Oh yes there is a modifier. I think this is gonna be a good one. Can't believe how tight my muscles are. But I do feel refreshed. Which comes to my next sentence. Good morning viewers. It's Monday, and I'm moving slow!!!! Not sure why. Maybe because 1/2 of America has this week off and I'm here at work. Well, at least the highways were empty. Two more days and another weigh in. This next weigh in I will have been doing this Shakeo for a month. So, let's see where it brings me. Yesterday a few of my Challenge Group Clients connected with me. They are happy with the Challenge Pack I picked for them to do. A few questions on the eating plan. I try to advice accordingly. I'm NOT a Nutritionist, so, I really can't go telling my clients what they should and shouldn't be eating. Anyways. Back to Shakeo!!! Yesterday wasn't bad at all. We stopped for lunch, and I had a Spinach salad with my dressing on the side. I chose Balsamic dressing. I alway get my dressing on the side, even before this journey. Don't like my salads too soggy!!! My family can agree to that. Always yell at my sister not to put too much dressing on the antipasto!!!!! Oh and we didn't even stop for ice cream. If you have ever been around bikers. WE LOVE OUR ICE CREAM!!!!! Well have a nice day viewers. Oh, I will be starting another Challenge Fitness Group in July. Good morning viewers.
It's going to be another beautiful day.   And Sunday at that.  Who's on vavcation this week?
We are heading out on a bike ride today (motorcycles).   So, this morning I will have my shakeo for breakfast.   What happens after that will be a crap shoot.   If we stop for a late lunch, I know a salad with some protien will be on my schedule.   Good thing I like salad.
  Well, last night wasn't bad.  Went to my favorite tavern (Ted Montana's).  Had my Bison burger (buffalo).  Don't gag.  It taste like very lean hamburger.  Not greasy tasting at all.
  I feel I have done good this weekend, so hopefully will show on the scale.
  Well, time to go to my beachbody page, and visit with my fitness challenge groups to see how they are all doing.

Good morning. It's Saturday and gorgeous here in MA. Well, Friday night went well. Had a salad with tuna fish. Got my nails done also. It was late, so I only watched a little of the first PiYo dvd. Oh my goodness!!!! BUT, I do have my shakeo already made and waiting for me in the fridge. Tonight will be the test, as usually with any Saturday night for me. I enjoy going out to eat on the weekends. Heck, I enjoy eating!!! But like I said, I am human. I am also still losing, and feeling better about myself. Good morning and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!! Well, got home yesterday from work, and low and behold, PiYo was in my mailbox!!!!! Ripped it open and started reading all the stuff. This comes with a meal plan kind of? Well it tells you what to eat and how much. It's all clean eating. Fruits/veggies, lean meats, healthy fats, good carbs. You get the drift right. The only thing is you have to limit your quantities even on the fruits and veggies. Now, I don't know about you. But, I know I didn't get full figured by eating too many green beans, or carrot sticks!!!! So, I think I'm going to stick with my meal planner that I get by being a club memeber through Beachbodies. The first dvd is the Foundation!!!! This brings you through the steps and how to perform the moves. I will do that one tonight and probably tomorrow and Sunday too. Just to get it down to a science. Then really start it up on Monday. Oh and IT DOES have a modifier!!!!! Oh yes, and I will keep on having my Shakeo's for lunch!!!! Like I said WAY in the beginning, I like this no brainer approach. Good afternoon. Don't know where you live but, here it's rainy and muggy!!!! Very bad big hair day going on. Had my lunch, Shakeo with vanilla chai tea. It was good. Thinking I liked this one better than with the coffee. And I am a coffee lover. I'm hoping my new workout DVD's come soon. I purchased the new Chalene PiYo!!! Can't wait. Although I have NEVER done yoga or pilates before. This ought to be a treat!!!! It's dubbed low impact but, high intensity. I just pray to God she has a modifier in these dvd's. I have started two FITNESS CHALLENGE GROUPS, and they have both filled. So, excited over that one. Now, I can do what I LOVE doing and that's helping people achieve their goals. I will probably start the next group in July. I will pick whatever challenge is the special that month. Only cause I think I know what the package is going to be. Can't tell you. You will have to wait until it's officially announced. Well, have a nice afternoon and evening.

It's Thursday Viewers. Getting closer to the weekend. Can you believe next week is the 4th of July week!!!! You know what that means. Cookouts!!!! Anyone fearing all the cookouts? I am:). But, I am looking forward to all the festivities that go with the 4th of July. I don't know about you, but, when it comes to cooking on the grill, I tend to have one of everything or two!!! And in reality, when I go out to eat I don't ask for two burgers or a burger and chicken???? It's almost like it's allowed at cookouts. So, I REALLY have to stay focused. I know I will be drinking my Shakeo, just don't know when. Breakfast???? Lunch???? Not sure. Have to get that Game Plan going. AWH!!!! There is that word. GAME PLAN. That seems to play a big part in this whole journey. I like calling it a journey. Makes it sound more adventureous. Anyways. I have my vanilla Shakeo for lunch today. This time I put Chai Tea in it. Sorry I got back later than usual.   Okay, drum roll.  Well weighed in, and I stayed the same.  I'LL TAKE IT!!!
My boss gave me a surprise visit and we went out to lunch at Bertucci's.  Don't worry, I had a grilled chicken salad with the dressing on the side.  Had my Shakeo for dinner with my fruit.  Even got my workout in.  Did the 21 Day Fix Dirty 30.  I would say that has to be my favorite.  All traditional moves.
Oh, and the vanilla shakeo isn't bad.  I put instant coffee in it.  Tomorrow's has chai tea.

Happy Hump day viewers Well today (morning) is my weigh-in. EEEKKK!!!!! I will give you THAT verdict at lunch time. Don't think it will be a happy one:(. Hey like I said before, I am human, BUT, my glass is always half-full. If it's bad that will just put me back into a reality check. Sometimes if I'm doing too good, I get cocky and start going to the darkside. So,a reality SLAP can be good!!! Oh got my order of Shakeology yesterday. Good thing cause I was getting low. I am on the home direct which delivers automatically. Anyways, I changed my flavor to Vanilla. Let you know the verdict on that one too. Hope I like it. I have a months worth. I figured I could add more flavor to this one. Today I added instant coffee to it also. Plus, my fruit. Like I said, I alway eat my fruit. Never make a smoothie out of it with the Shakeology. Happy Tuesday viewers. Almost time for another weigh in. Well, don't weigh in till tomorrow!!!! This is beginning to be a love/hate relationship:). I do LOVE not having to think about what I'm packing for my lunch though. And I find by drinking the Shakeology for lunch it does keep my full longer, so, I'm not going home and eating everything in sight and then also having dinner. Has that ever happened to anybody??? If so, BOY, can I relate!!! Like I said before, this is NO miracle shake!!!! I also make good food choices for breakfast and dinner. Well here it is Monday. Again!!!! Was busy yesterday. Sorry no blogging. Went out and bought myself a Galaxy Tablet!!! Happy Birthday to me:). Absolutely LOVE it. So, I was busy playing with that yestday. But, at least I was focused on my fooding and I even got a workout in yesterday!!! I hardly ever workout on Sundays. Did the PLYO from the 21 Day Fix program. I followed the modifier so, I surprisingly didn't kill myself. It was still High Intensity but, not jarring on the joints. Love this Program. Oh, and Chalene has a new one out that hit the BeachBody store over the weekend. That one is called PiYo. It's a mixture of pilates and yoga moves. I bought it, now just waiting for it to arrive. Good afternoon. Well got weighed in today. Down half a pound. Not bad considering I went out Thursday night for my birthday celebration and yesterday for my birthday celebration. Still happy as far as I'm concerned. Today has been a busy day. This morning went out and did some yard work. Didn't knock myself out, but, the yard looks cleaner than what it was. This afternoon did a bit of grocery shopping at BJ's. And the BIGGEST of all!!!!! REGISTERED FOR SUMMIT 2015 FOR NEXT YEAR!!!! So, excited. Never been to one of these events before. And next year it will be in Nashville. Never been there either, so totally excited!!!!! Tonight is going to be a nice quiet night for me. Just hanging out and maybe tuning into some chick/flicks. Might as well get them in now since the hubby is away and will be back tomorrow. Until tomorrow my readers. Have a wonderful Saturday evening.

Good evening. It's been a busy day. Today was is my birthday so I have been out shopping and celebrating dinner with my sisters. Home now and just veggies out with the cats. There is a new Chalean program that just came out tonight. It's call PIYO, they launched it tonight at the Summit event out in Las Vegas. I just ordered mine. Can't wait to try this!!!!! Good morning. WOW!!! What a difference a day makes. Feels good when you get a good nights sleep. Even though I was tired when I got home, I still managed to get my 21 Day Fix Cardio in. These workouts our only 30 minutes. But, a grueling 30 minutes. Had to do Burpees, and Moutain climbs!!! SO NOT FUN!!! But, I did them. And felt good after. Did you ever notice. You always feel guilty when you blow off your workouts. But, when you step up to the plate and do them, you feel so much better and glad you did. Which brings me to my next journey. Good afternoon. I just had lunch, and I have to say 2:30 can't come fast enough. I am fading fast. But, I need to get home and get my workout in. Today I'm going to be doing the 21Day Fix Cardio. This one is just pure cardio. Well, I wouldn't say pure. There are Burpees and walking planks. Anyways, I'm feeling so good about this whole Shakeology and working out that I have started a Challenge group. I am looking for 3 people who want to take this journey with me. Happy Tuesday. I'm running on 1 hours worth of sleep. Has this ever happened to anyone? ARGH!!!!!! Well, at least I have my breakfast and lunch all ready for me to eat. I get up so early (3:30 A.M.) that I get everything prepared the night before. It's not a bad thing, at least I know what I'm having ahead of time. And if it's there I won't go off to the cafeteria and buy something else. Got to say, I'm kinda sore in places I have never felt before after doing the 21 Day Fix. But, it feels good. This is my other journey. Trying to get my own workouts in. It's tough when you are a fitness instructor. That is the last thing you want to do is a workout. Yeah, yeah, I know you are thinking, but, YOU are working out. Not really. I'm watching members making sure their form is correct. I'm constantly cueing. It's really not my workout, it's theirs. So, I give them my full attention. That is what they pay me for. Don't get me wrong. I LOVE doing this. If I didn't I wouldn't be in this business and trying to grow my clients by also being a Beachbody coach. I just LOVE helping people. I've been there, I know what it's like and I'm still trying. Oh and maintain!!! THAT is the hardest. We will get into that later on down the road!!!! Right now I'm still on my journey, and hope I'm reaching out to some of you also. Well, later gang. TTYL.

Good afternoon.  
Got home, got my workout in.  Did 21 Day Fix cardio burn.  Full total head to toe 30 minute workout.  My breakfast and lunch and snacks all bagged up for tomorrow.  Salmon in the oven and asparagus already for roasting.  For me it's all about being prepared.  And having the Club membership through Beachbody helps too. I get my meal planner and it keeps me accountable.

It's Monday morning:( Well sorry I didn't post yesterday afternoon or last night. Very tired after having my grand daughter. But, enjoyed every minute of her. Okay. So yesterday's event. Well!!!! Started off okay. Had my Shakeo for breakfast because I knew we would be going out for a lunch for Father's Day. Had some popcorn and about 3 beers. I drink coors light. Then got a burger and fries. Although I only ate half my burger. That was a first for me. LOVE burgers and fries. But, I did eat all my fries. Hey I give myself one cheat day, and yesterday I guess was it. Back to being good and watching my food choices. Gonna drink LOTS of water today too to flush out all the bad stuff from yesterday. Heck if half a burger fries and popcorn is all the bad I had yesterday, then for me, that's pretty darn good!!!!!! Will post this afternoon to keep you updated. Have a wonderful Monday.

Happy Father's Day
Well it's Sunday.  My grand daughter is still asleep, and I am on coffee #2.  My Shakeo is already made.  I am having it for breakfast today.  Since it is Father's Day,  and will be taking the husband out for a bite to eat.  Not sure where we are going.  It is his choice.  I will try to make the right choices.  But, I also want to enjoy myself also.  After all I still have to live too.  Will keep you posted.  Enjoy your Sunday.

Good evening.  Well my grand daughter is in her crib sleeping.  Been a long day, but fun.  Went outside and blew bubbles.  Went for a big walk.  Partied next door with my cousins.  Didn't do bad really.  Did my Shakeo for lunch with some nice fresh fruit to eat.   Had a little bit of pasta.  Was very impressed with myself.  Ah.  But tomorrow is Dad's day.  Another social activity in my family.  But for now.   Getting ready for bed myself.  Until tomorrow.

It's Saturday.  Weighed in already, and down 2.5lbs.   Very Happy with my results so far.  Oh that breakfast pizza last night was awesome!!!  This is my hardest part, the weekend.  Have the grand daughter today and for overnight so hopefully I can post this afternoon.  Oh, and have a family get together to nite after church.  I am Italian, so this is gonna be REAL challenging.  Wish me luck.

Good afternoon. Okay. I have just finished lunch. Yup chocolate Shakeology, cup of strawberries, and some REAL whip cream. Just a dobble!!!! Enough for a taste:). I'm already thinking of supper. Yup told you I'm human. But, I have to plan ahead, that way there I don't sabbatage my eating. I'm going to have breakfast for dinner. This SO brings me back to my childhood. On Fridays we always had scrambled eggs with peppers and onions, or waffles or pancakes. Hence this is why I'm trying to lose weight. Looked on my meal planner, and came up with a Breakfast pizza. And it sounds easy. One English muffin face-up (I like the fiber ones). Scrambling up 2 eggs, couple of slices of tomato, some low fat feta cheese (crumbled kind) and maybe baby spinach. Plopping all that on my English muffin and tossing in the broiler until the cheese is slighty melted. How easy is that!!!!!! Maybe drizzle some hot sauce on it for zing!!!!. Okay, back to work. Happy Friday to all!!!! How is everyone doing? The weekend is almost here, and this is when I get nervous. I tend to fall off the track on making those good food choices. Hey!!! I'm human:). But, I must think of how good I am starting to feel. What a wonderful feeling when putting on jeans out of the dryer and not having to do deep knee squats to get them on, or laying flat on the bed! By now, you all know I'm drinking Shakeology for my lunch. This is no MAJIC/MIRACLE Shake. I also workout, and I go to my club membership on my web (www.beachbodycoach.com/movewithmary) There I get my meal plans and track my weightloss and goals. So, there is alot more than just drinking Shakeology if you want to see weight loss. You know that old saying "everything comes in threes". Well so doesn't weight loss!!! You need healthy food choices, you need to move (aerobics, etc.) and you need some type of muscle conditioning (basics using weights). Well have a wonderful day. Chicken Kabobs are GREAT on the grill. And healthy too:). Make your own. Try not to go the easy route and get them already marinated. Those marinates can have alot of sodium in them. Hey Bloggers. How is everything going? I cheated this morning. I got on my own scale at home, and it says I am down 2.5 pounds. I actuallly don't get weighed in till Saturday morning. I started taking the Shakeology on June 1st as a replacement meal (using it for lunch). It is filling, and such a no-brainer. I have been taking it since I became a coach back in September on 2013. Just using it as a snack, and getting my vitamins in that way. Wasn't really seeing any results on the weight, but, was starting to feel good. Good Morning on this dreary Tuesday. Well at least here in MA. Are we ever going to get nice weather for a full week:(. Have my breakfast and lunch all packed and ready to go. Did Strawberry Shakeology for today. Have a 1/2 banana and a pear also. I have been mixing my Shakeology with just water, and I don't mind it. This stuff is really good, and good for you. I don't feel tired anymore, and I am on week 2 of doing this Shakeology for lunch. My schedule can be pretty nuts. I'm up at 4 a.m.. I have a full time job plus I teach aerobics or train at night. So, some nights I don't get home till 7!!! Which makes for a LONG DAY!!!!
