Good afternoon. It's my lunchtime now. Yes and I use it to blog. Well, it must be working because I got someone to come over to my FB page MOVEWITHMARY and like it. Now, that makes for a happy person. Anyways, on with my journey. Shakeo for lunch and a salad. not half bad. Was almost thinking of going out to eat tonight before the 3 Day Refresh. But, then also thinking, what good will that do. If I eat and splurge, which I most likely would. Then when I weigh myself tomorrow morning, that wouldn't be my true weight. I will weigh in the morning, then again on Monday morning. I will be honest with my results. So, be prepared. This could go either way. And if I can't stick with it for only 3 days, then I'm doomed!!!! So, what's on your menu for lunch. What's on your menu for dinner. Oh that's right, if I don't go out to eat (which I won't), now I have to figure out what I will be having for dinner. Well on with the rest of the day. Have a great afternoon and evening. Good morning viewers. It's Thursday, and this is my virtual Friday. Doing that happy dance now. So, I keep on looking over this 3-Day Refresh program. Just want to make sure I know when and what to eat. Tonight, I will start getting all my veggies cut, and prepared, along with cooking up some veggies too. Thank God for microwaves, that's all I have to say. For the rest it's just having the shakes. The shakes are protein based (potato). Think the theory behind that is that it fills you up more. And I would imagine that the shakes are taking the place of like chicken, fish, etc.? Well we shall see. I have heard mix reviews on this. I didn't think the price was that bad either, even though it's only 3 days. Beachbody does sell a bigger kit called "ULTIMATE RESET". That is a 21 day program. But, also heard you have to stay very focused on. Now, I know that one is really not for me. So, you will never see reviews on that one from me. Plus, I personally think it's kind of pricey. And I'm a coach saying that!! Just cause it's a product I sell, I don't push anything I don't like. I am honest, and I am here to help. I am a fitness professional. My job is to help others. Hi again. It's almost lunch time. What is everyone doing? What's for lunch? Hope it's nutritional. Or are you going for a walk and having lunch later? Yes I am full of questions this afternoon aren't I. Need ideas on a workout, just come over to FB and visit me, MOVEWITHMARY. You can scroll down. I post workouts every morning for you to do. They are easy. Usually 4 things and you do 1 minute/5 cycles. Even I do them. Along with what my Challenge group from Beachbody is doing. How is that for dedication? And yes I do these workouts. For those who know me. You can set your clock by me. I come home from work, put on my workout gear, pop in a dvd, and push play. Oh, and when I have a class to teach, guess what they are doing? I will throw in moves from what ever workout I am supposed to be doing from my Beachbody challenge, and add the challenges that I post for my not Beachbody challengers. Good morning. It's Wednesday and July is almost over. How come summer seems to go by so fast and winter just drags!!!! Well, here in MA it drags. Have to say I've been pretty busy though. Thinking of what my next challenge group is going to be for next month. Have to keep my regular and faithful challengers going with workouts. Just because they didn't buy into the Challenge Packs, doesn't mean I'm leaving them out. That is not my style. Everyone needs that certain somebody in their lives to keep them going. And if I'm helping someone, then it's working, and making me feel good too. Last night went grocery shopping for all my fixings for this 3 Day Refresh that I will be starting on Friday. Seemed weird just shopping in the produce area. I didn't buy EVERYTHING on the list. Just the things that I like. Hey, it's only 3 days. I think I can stay regimented for 3 days. But, the bigger kicker is will I continue eating clean and not blowing it? I hope so. And I am going to try to make it a point to blog this weekend to let you know how I am doing. It's all fruits and veggies along with protein shakes. And of course I picked out the ones that would be the easiest for me to prepare or just grab n go!!!! Good morning viewers. Well, I'm happy today. Just heard from one of my clients that purchased the 21 Day Fix program (workout and meal plan). And they are down 18 pounds! So, excited beyond words. This is why I love this job. With all the FB posts, and blogging that I have been doing. If I can make a difference in one person, to me that is an accomplishment. This is why, I keep on telling you to come over to my FB page MOVEWITHMARY and like it. It's all about fitness and healthy lifestyle. I run other challenges too, not just Beachbody. It's on the honor system. I post what do to for the day. If you do it fine, if not oh well. But, it's there for YOU. True story. I was at an event a while back, and was wearing my "movewithmary" T-shirt. Some lady came up to me, and asked if I was the person with the FB page, and I replied "yep that's me". She made a comment about the squats I had everyone doing for that day (we were doing a squat challenge). I was shocked!!!! Here was this person, that liked my page, and was doing these challenges that I was posting. And I didn't know her until that event. The feeling that came over me, I can't even describe. Happy Monday viewers. I took a long weekend, did anyone even miss me? Well, back to the blogging, and back on track. While I was gone I had some new product from Beachbody arrive to my house. This is called the 3 DAY REFRESH. I was reading over what has to been done. I think I will start this over the weekend. So, you will get my review on Monday. This is only for 3 days. It consist of drinking Shakeo (of course), and protien shakes along with fruits and veggies, which are portioned controlled. But, I'm back on track today. Don't judge me, I'm human. I have my downfalls, and weekends can be tough. So, doing the Refresh this weekend coming up should make for an interesting one at that! Good afternoon viewers. Well, how did it go this morning? Everyone had a nice healthy breakfast I'm sure, right? And now it's on to lunch. Who out there eats their lunch while still working at their desk? Do you know that is as bad a eating dinner and watching t.v.? Sit back and enjoy every bite and smell of your food. Hey, you deserve it. We wait all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Well, I know I do. You must be thinking, "and what the heck am I doing blogging at lunch". Well, to be honest with you, I have finished my lunch, so now here I sit and blog for your entertainment. Okay. Here is a good one for you tomorrow. I want you all to try to eat a breakfast. And please try to make it a healthy breakfast at that. Yes, I know I'm asking alot. But, you will be surprised at how good you are going to feel through the morning. Hate preparing breakfast. Bring some instant oatmeal with you. Just be careful of the sugar content. Remember what I said yesterday. 6grams or less a serving. Take the time to read those labels on the back. Eating on the run? Grab some whole grain or wheat bread with a tablespoon of peanutbutter. The peanutbutter will give you that protein, and a tablespoon is what we like to call moderation. Or, how about tonight when you get home boiling up some hard boiled eggs? One small change, that is all I am asking. Well, at least for right now;). Stumped for ideas. Well, here it is Wednesday already. What's for breakfast today? You have to eat breakfast. Yes I know, we went all over this yesterday. Even if it's a meal replacement, put something in your body. Have you tried Shakeology yet? Anyways, let's get back to CARBS. In all this crazy diet world, carbs get a bad name for themselves. Sure, there are good (complex) carbs,and bad (simple) carbs. I would hope you all know the difference by now. Your complex carbs, are for example: Sweet potato's, brown rice, whole grain/wheat bread. These are starches, and fiber. Now, not saying you can go eat a 5lb bag of sweet potato's or a loaf of whole grain or wheat bread. But, they are better than your basic potato, white bread, white rice, so on and so on (which are sugar). I think you get my drift. I am not a nutritionist, or dietition. These are things I have just learned over the years of watching what I eat. Not to say what works for me will work for you. Everyones body is different. You have to figure out what works for you and go with it. It can be all trial and error. Just don't get discouraged. This is a journey, remember. Hang in there, stay focused. Happy afternoon viewers Well, how was your breakfast this morning? Or did you even have breakfast? Please don't tell me you are a breakfast skipper? That is such a no no. Do you realize your body needs food. We go all night long without anything in our stomaches. Like what, 7 or 8 hours? So, by not having breakfast will slow down that metabolism. Your body thinks it's going into starvation mode, so it will hold everything in, and store it. Think of YOU as fire, and food as fuel. You need fuel to keep that fire burning right? Well the same goes for our metabolism. In order for your metabolism to keep burning, you have to feed it. That is why it's very important to eat 3 meals a day with at least 2 maybe 3 snacks. Healthy food that is. Okay. Maybe one snack you can have something fun. But, still keep it in portion control. You will be amazed that you can eat and still lose weight. And how good and energized you will feel. That is why having a replacement shake isn't bad for you. As long as they aren't loaded with sugar. Rule of thumb. You should try not to consume anything over 6 grams of sugar per serving. And fat should be 3 grams of fat per 100 calories is average amount to consume. Try to strive for that. READ your labels!!! Just beacause something says "Light" doesn't mean it's less calories. You have to go to the back and read the calories, fat, sugars, and sometimes even carbs. Don't forget refined carbs turn into sugar also. Carbs can be confusing. We will get into those tomorrow. That's if I remember :). Hey, get over to my FB page MOVEWITHMARY. Good morning viewers. And how is everyone on this fine Tuesday? Even though I had a hectic weekend, I still managed to get in all my food preparations for the week. This is SO important for staying on track. At least for me. And portion control too is a big one. I do portion out everything. Even my fruits and veggies. Yeah, I know, and you even heard me say it here. "No one has ever gotten heavy from eating too many carrot sticks." But, what about that Blue cheese dip that goes along with it;)? The thing with eating healthy or making the right food choices is you don't need alot to get you feeling full. Lean meats, fish, veggies/fruits, and complex carbs, will fill you up. Good morning viewers. I know, I haven't been here for a few days. Did you miss me? It was a busy weekend for me. I am a grandmother second time around. So, you know that totally screwed up my staying focused with my journey. And let me tell you, I can certainly feel it. Still got that shakeo in though. Getting back on track is a big thing. I felt bad, but, I didn't beat myself up. And that is a big milestone. I usually say what the heck and throw in the towel. Have you ever felt like that? I know it can be difficult, but, you just have to look at is as a lesson learned, and get back on with your journey. If anything, this is what I have learned. I certainly will be focused. I have my 21 Day Fix challenge group that started today, so I am very excited to coach this group. Gosh I love this part of my job. I also still give my FB likes a challenge too. Maybe a bike ride is in store, since it's going to be nice. Yup, already have that shakeo made and chilling in the fridge. Went out to eat last night. Guess that was my cheat night. Which means I need to be focused this weekend. Usually, Saturday night is my cheat. Oh well. Hey, it's ok to indulge a little! You just have to get back on track the next day. Never beat youself up. Well, it's almost lunch time. What are you all having? I know what I'm having. Did you know that 70% of weight loss starts in the kitchen? Yes it does. Working out is just that extra bonus. Now, that doesn't me stop working out. There are alot of benefits of being active. Cardio builds a stronger heart, and stamina. Lifting weights strengthens the muscles which can help joint pain. Oh and also conditioned muscle burns fat and take up less room. That is right. Don't always count on the numbers on that scale. Besides it's just a number. Go more on how you feel. How are your clothes fitting? Take your measurements before starting any fitness or weight loss program. Then about 3 to 4 weeks in, take those measurements again. Want to see how your fitness level is progressing? Time yourself at the beginning. See how many push-ups you do in a minute. Go to your staircase and see how many times you can go up and down them in a minute. Then after the first month, do these again. If you have even got ONE more push up in or an extra few stairs, then YOU are on your way to a better YOU. Need help? Need a coach/trainer? This is what I do. Good morning viewers. How is everyone doing today? It's getting closer to the weekend. And I don't know where everyone lives, but, here in MA it is going to be another gorgeous one. Thank you Mother Nature since we had a LONG SNOWY winter! Back on track with this whole convinence thing of shakeology for lunch. This week though I have been doing veggies instead of fruit. Giving my body a shock. Did you know, your body does have a mind of it's own? If you do the same thing over, and over and over again, our bodies get use to it. For instance. Eating the same exact foods, Doing the same workouts. That is why we have to change things up. Your body won't know what hit it, and it will work harder. Even when it comes too changing up your food. Hey no lie, on the weekends, I will be different. Like I said I LOVE to eat!!!! So, instead of my shakeo for lunch, I might have a sandwich or something, and save the shakeo for a snack. Seems to be working, because I am now down 6 pounds. Yeah, I forgot to post that yesterday afternoon. Went down another half pound. Slow and steady. That is the way to lose. Afternoon viewers. WOW, talk about having a late lunch! Was in the middle of doing something and wanted to finish it. Didn't think it was going to take long. Boy was I wrong. So, just finished lunch. Had my shakeo with coffee in it. It was good. Wish I had put expresso in it though;). Haven't even figured out what's for dinner tonight, so this could be disasterous. Good morning viewers. It's Wednesday which means closer the weekend. Now, how happy does that make you feel? Actually, this is my Thursday, because Friday is my off Friday. Don't forget I work the 9/80. Think I explained that one last week. Well, last night did my green beans in the oven with seasons. Roasted for 7 minutes at 400 degrees. I am not a fan of mooshy veggies. So the 7 minutes was just enough. So, you can only guess what I have for lunch along with my shakeo? Oh and did the cukes with grape tomatoes and some onions. Nice and refreshing when it's hot out. Pulled a good one yesterday. I'm getting my breakfast ready. Took out the yellow container from the 21 Day Fix (this container is for grains). Go to put my cereal in it (used a spoon to transfer from box to container). Well, the lid was still on the container!!!! Ok, and you say BONE HEAD!!! Talk about a brain fart. Has that ever happened to any of you? Could not believe I did that. I must have got distracted. I am such a creature of habit. Well on with my day. Hope it goes by fast:). Good afternoon. Just finished my lunch. Yes, a shakeo. But, this time, I had summer squash with sautee'd onions, and some medium Paul Newman's salsa. I like the one with the Pineapple in it. It has a sweet and then POW to it. These veggies I made up on Sunday morning. So, now all I have to do is just scoop a cup full in a container for lunch, and heat them up when I'm ready to eat them. Yes, It's all about thinking ahead, and the most important part is preparing some things ahead of time. Like tonight, I will roast up some greeen beans with garlic and seasonings. I do enough for a couple of days servings. Don't forget I force feed these to my husband also. Oh come on. How many men out there really enjoy eating veggies? And while those are baking, I will also cut up some cukes, so all I have to do with those is throw in some grape tomatos and I'm good to go. I know it can be a bother getting things ready in advance. But, look at it this way. If you just take one day out of the weekend to do it (and it really doesn't take long), then it's done. And all you have to do is just scoop some into a container and away you go. You already have your shakeo. And that will give you enough protien plus all the vitamins it packs. Like I have NAGGED before and will do it again. This is no quick fix weight loss. It takes time, patience, and some work. I am not just drinking a shakeo and away I go, I'm thin. I am also eating. And eating and making better choices. As for working out. That is a plus factor for me. I teach aerobic classes, plus on the days I'm not teaching I am doing my own thing. Oh my goodness. And some aren't even Beachbody DVD's. But, I am a coach, and being a coach I do get a nice discount on the product. And if you let me, I can help you with your journey also. If you like to workout outdoors like, running, or even walking. Just be careful. Hydrate (drink water). Listen to your body. It will let you know when it has had enough. Got my breakfast and lunch already, and to tell you the truth, I can't wait to eat!!! Have you ever had one of those days? And I had a good supper last night too. Must be the weather? Good morning viewers. Here it is Monday again. Did you ever feel like you are living in that movie "Ground Hog Day"? Well, I'm back to my easy convient lunches of shakeo, and fruit. Oh and my breakfast is a yogurt with some cereal and sliced raw almonds. Now how easy is that!!! And not much to wash out when I get home. I think I did okay this weekend. But, Wednesday will be the deciding factor. BUT, my jeans didn't feel uncomfortable when I put them on this morning. Actually, that is the REAL deciding factor. We, focus so much on a dang number on the scale. When it should be about how we feel. The scale should just be a guideline? Is that a good way of putting it? As long as we are making good healthy food choices and are feeling the difference in our physical activities and health. That should be the deciding factor. What works for one may or may not work for the other. Everyones body is different. But, it doesn't mean you have to sit back and do nothing. As long as you do ONE good thing for yourself a day, you have done something. So, here is my plead for today, Monday. I want you ALL to drink an 8 oz glass of water today, and have a piece of fruit. If you already do this, then fine. Then go for another glass of water and fruit, it wont' hurt!!! Oh, and don't forget. Come on over to my page on FB MOVEWITHMARY, and "like" it!! Good morning viewers.
  Well, it's Sunday, and the day after working out with Shaun T.  Can't even begin to tell how much fun it was.  I think I'm still on a high.   It was VERY hot, blue sky, not a breeze, not a cloud while we were doing the workout.  But, I stuck with it.
  Thought it was funny, though.  There were people there that were smug and that they were all that.  LOL, they were off to the side lines getting sick!!!!  Big benefits of being a veteran fitness instructor.  Know your limits,  know your environment!   And above all, listen to your body.  By the end, burpees were bothering me. That planking out and then jumping up wasn't cutting it.  So, I compensated, by doing side/side deep lunges.
  All in all it was great.  He was great!!!!  Such a nice, humble real person.  I'm sure I'm old enough to be his mother.  So, on that note, just wanting to say he is the type of guy you want your children to hang with.  
  If he ever comes to your town or close by you have to make it an effort to go.

Saturday morning. Have to say, I'm getting butterflies in me right now. So hyped about working out with Shaun T. And nervous too. Guess that's called mixed emotions. Well, last night out with my old roomies wasn't bad. Had an awesome Cobb salad with my dressing on the side. Couldn't even finish it!!! It had maple bacon which I did not eat. Don't be amazed. That wasn't will power, I just don't like flavored bacon. But, I did have 2 beers, oh well. They were light!!!! Coors even. Time to think of breakfast now. Whatever it is I'm gonna have lots of protein along with complex carbs. And definitely having a light lunch. May save the shakeo for after the workout. Well heading for another coffee, and just zoning out. Maybe I will post tonight. But definitely you will here about this tomorrow morning. Planning on a Sunday ride tomorrow too. Had may Shakeo. I put some pumpkin spice in my vanilla. I hate to say it. But, it gave me that feeling that fall is in the air. Had that holiday taste to it. And I had a nice cucumber salad too. Just cukes, and tomato, and evoo, with a balsamic blend and cannelini beans. Very tastie. And refreshing. I tried for the week with making the food, and having 50,000 containers in my lunch tote, then going home and washing everything out and starting all over again (blah, blah, blah,). Now I think it's time to start going back to the quick and easy method again. Like I have pounded in your heads as you read this. I am human. I try to find the easiest way to do things. I like convience. And drinking my shakeo for lunch with some fruit and or veggies, is convient for me. And hey, it's working since I am down 5 1/2 pounds now!!!! Just want to add that 1/2 pound came off over my long 4th of July weekend!!!! HMMMMMM pretty good. Although, I am getting kind of lonely with my journey. Happy Friday viewers God, do I hate working a 5 day week. My company does the 9/80. That's 9 hour days every other Friday off. On the working Friday it's an 8 hour day. And this is the working Friday. And it stinks coming off of a very long Holiday weekend. Well, you can't believe how excited I am. I have on my MOVEWITHMARY tee shirt I had made up. Getting ready for tomorrow's workout with Shaun T. And tonight I'm going out with some old room mates of mine for dinner. I have to stay focused. I know what won't be on the menu for me tonight. And that is any type of beer, wine, or any form of alcohol!!! It will be hard, but, I'm going to stick to my guns with this. Last thing I want to do is feel like crap, and jumping around. Good afternoon. So, how is your day going so far? Mine has been a busy one. And just can't wait for it to end. Getting excited for Saturday. Going to a live workout with Shaun T down at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro MA. It's getting close. I think I purchased my ticket back in May or something? Been doing some hard core cardio this week so, I won't pass out!!!! To be honest, the only dvd I have of his is Hip/Hop Abs which I love. I would have purchased T25, but, then 21 Day Fix came out, and it was new and a real good deal. Still is a good deal in my honest opinion. Hey, do you all know I also have a fitness FB page. Good morning. Well it's the day after hump day and closer to the weekend. And let me tell you, after having a VERY long weekend last week, this week as been dragging!! Another day another journey. I must say I am still very proud of myself for the weight loss. I am the only one in my weight loss challenge group that lost:). So, yesterday when I got home I hit the workout hard. Did the 21 Day Fix Plyo. I used the modifier on most of the moves, and still worked up a sweat. This is a great program and so doable!!! This is why I am doing a Challenge group with this program. HOLY COW!!!!!! Well the verdict is in. I am down 1/2 pound!!!! AND I WILL TAKE IT. VERY surprised to say the least. So, this IS doable even with a long holiday weekend that we (I) just had. I know I slipped on the eating thing. Although, did always manage to get that Shakeo in. But, did stay focused on excersicing. THAT, I did do everyday. Love those containers that you get with the 21 Day Fix also. They help really stay on track. They are like measuring cups in pretty colors. Plus, you can use them as containers also. Oh and I just realized. Have you noticed my profile picture? I am in front of a P.F. Changs!!! So, really. That alone will tell you how much I can stuggle with not making good choices on food. So, see I am human, and I do go off the beaten path. I try not to beat myself up. I stay focused, positive and my glass is always half full. On that note. Have a wonderful afternoon. Well here it is Wednesday. This is my weigh in day and kinda nervous. Will give the results this afternoon. This week I have been trying something a little different. My menu usually consist of, yogurt with some cereal for breakfast, an apple for a morning snack, my shakeo and fruit for lunch, and almonds with some veggies in the afternoon. This week i have been making an egg white omellette for breakfast, some type of protein and veggies, and lunch is my shakeo (of course) with veggies that I have already cooked up on Sunday. Oh and chicken and raw veggies when I get home (pre-workout snacky). I have to say THIS IS alot of preparation at night to get this all ready for the morning. Not sure if I'm liking it, but, I just needed something different. I think my body was getting use to the food I was having. So, I needed to zip things up. And this is why I call it a journey. You need to go in different directions to spice things up. If you don't like the road you are on, then go down the next. You might be surprised how different the view looks. Good morning viewers. Well we made it through Monday. Or at least I did. Long day though yesterday. Didn't think it was going to ever get over. Well yesterday is history, on to today. Tomorrow is weigh in day for me, and have to say not feeling overly anxious about it. I know I didn't to that good over the long holiday weekend. I'm scared, nervous, stress is setting in. Why do I do this to myself. Have you ever felt like this? Well, those who are trying or have tried to lose some weight? Anyways, I've changed up my routine a bit. You know me by now. I like to keep it easy and simple. Well today I have an egg white with 1/2 fiber one muffin and a slice of tomatoe. Although, for lunch I do have my Shakeo, but, this time I have summer squash with onions that I baked in the oven. Don't worry, I didn't blend them together!!!! And I have veggies and some cheese for snacks, oh along with a 100 calorie pack of almonds. How's that for being healthy. Hitting the workouts HARD this week. I'm working out with Shaun T on Saturday. Not just me, there will be others. I want to build up my stamina, so, I'm not sucking wind or passing out!!!! Then it's a meet with him and picture taking:). Good morning viewers Here it is Monday morning. Sure didn't like it when that alarm went off this morning at 3:30!!! And yes that is A.M.! Well, how was everyone's weekend? Mine was nice, except for the rain we had on the 4th of July. But, the rest of the weekend was gorgeous, so really can't complain. Now it's back to serious action. Have my shakeo ready and waiting for me. Lunch can't get here fast enough. Oh don't get me wrong, I have breakfast too. But, after lunch, time seems to fly and then it's time for me to go home:). I have to admit, I am more on track on the weekdays then I am on the weekends. It wasn't a good weekend as far as making those "good" choices. And to tell you the truth by yesterday, my body was feeling pretty sluggish because of it. Like I have said, I am human. I make mistakes. But, hopefully, I learn by them. How did everyone do yesterday?  Honestly have to say, I was a train wreck.  I did have my shakeo, but that was it.   Many beers were consumed (6), snacks, cheeseburger,  and a big ole frosted cupcake.

Good morning viewers
It's the day before the 4th, and depending on where you live it will be a wash out.  Wash out here in MA.   Arthur is coming up the coast.  Fortunately, we are just getting the heavy rain.
Another day, another month, another journey.   Shakeology is made.  This time I put pumpkin spice in with my vanilla.  Just zipping it up a bit.   I have put it in the blender, but that wasn't my thing.   Way to thick, even for me.

Good evening viewers
 Well, the verdict is in.   Are you ready?  It's been exactly a month since I started this journey, and I'm happy to say, I am down 5lbs!!!!!!  Now, some maybe thinking, that's it!  BUT.  That is a pound to a pound and a half a week, and THAT is a safe and healthy weight loss per week.  So, onto this month.
  I also did my 3rd consecutive day of PiYo.  Today's workout was called Sweat.  Yup, and sweat I did!  What a workout.  I'm getting these tricep push ups down to a science.   Actually, like doing them since I could never do them properly before.

Good morning viewers.
 It's Wendesday, and closer to the 4th.  Also, this is my weigh in day, and marks a month since my journey began.  And I have been good at blogging everyday.  Twice even.
 Now, I am on my little vacation too.  So I will get my workout done this morning.  Still doing PiYo, today is called SWEAT!!!!   Happy joy.
  I am on vacation, but, hopefully not from my journey.  Shakeo is made and chillaxing in the fridge.  Oh and I put cinnamon in it again.  I think today I will have it for breakfast, and maybe a salad with some hard boiled eggs in it.   Got to mix up the food, just like you have to mix up your workouts.  Your body is smart.   And it will get use to the same thing.
So, it's good to mix it up and confuse your body.  It will work harder if it doesn't know what hit it.

Well, USA lost to Belgium. Thought we did good. We weren't even supposed to have got this far. Oh, my shakeo with the cinnamon in it was pretty good. Will certainly do that again. Also did day 2 of PiYo. It was upper body defined. It certainly was upper body. Lots of planks, tricep push-ups and abs!!! Ok, now I know I'm going to be sore tomorrow. And if that wasnt enough I did 21 Day Fix cardio. What the heck was I thinking!!!!! Pulled a boner at the grocery store last week. Was over at the produce. Love the baby spinach in that plastic container. Dont know what I was thinking, but when I went to grab the container out of the fridge, it turned into a container of Romaine. ARGH!!!!. So, guess I'm eating salad this whole week:). So, tonight I had tuna with my salad. Getting anxious. Tomorrow is weigh in. Will certainly let you know the results. Maybe tomorrow I will get on my old computer and upload a before pic. That should be another dilemma. LOL. Now, time to post this to FB. Until tomorrow. Movewithmary.

Good Morning viewers. Can you believe it's July already? Well, have to say, after doing PiYo lower body last that I can certainly feel it in my Glutes (buttocks) this morning. Today is upper body. Yippee, can't wait!!!! Today in my shakeo I added a little cinnamon in the vanilla. New experiment, let's see how this one taste. With my fresh fruit (to eat that is). Well, tomorrow will mark a month since my journey. And oddly enough it's also my weigh-in. Let me tell you. It does feel good putting on clothes I haven't worn in over two years:). Like I said before and have to stress! This is NOT some miracle Shake! I also have to do the work. I didn't put this on over night. So, it won't all come off over night. I am human, and this can certainly be challenging at times. I have my falls. But, I pick myself up and get back in the game. Anyone wants to come on this journey with me. You are more than welcome:).
