WENDESDAY WORKOUT!!!!

Come on get up and MOVE!!!!!

1 minute 5 cycles.
High knee jogs
Skater slides (Stay low and go long. it's just a BIG LONG step touch)This works your butt and legs
Planks
Pushups.
Google some of these if needed. Oh and always modify when needed.
Even if you can't do the 5 cycles. Try for at least 2 cycles. Something is better than nothing!!!
