Good morning and HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!
Well, got home yesterday from work, and low and behold, PiYo was in my mailbox!!!!!
Ripped it open and started reading all the stuff. This comes with a meal plan kind of? Well it tells you what to eat and how much. It's all clean eating. Fruits/veggies, lean meats, healthy fats, good carbs. You get the drift right. The only thing is you have to limit your quantities even on the fruits and veggies. Now, I don't know about you. But, I know I didn't get full figured by eating too many green beans, or carrot sticks!!!! So, I think I'm going to stick with my meal planner that I get by being a club memeber through Beachbodies.
The first dvd is the Foundation!!!! This brings you through the steps and how to perform the moves. I will do that one tonight and probably tomorrow and Sunday too. Just to get it down to a science. Then really start it up on Monday. Oh and IT DOES have a modifier!!!!!
Oh yes, and I will keep on having my Shakeo's for lunch!!!! Like I said WAY in the beginning, I like this no brainer approach. Easy peasy!!!
