Good afternoon. Okay. I have just finished lunch. Yup chocolate Shakeology, cup of strawberries, and some REAL whip cream. Just a dobble!!!! Enough for a taste:). I'm already thinking of supper. Yup told you I'm human. But, I have to plan ahead, that way there I don't sabbatage my eating. I'm going to have breakfast for dinner. This SO brings me back to my childhood. On Fridays we always had scrambled eggs with peppers and onions, or waffles or pancakes. Hence this is why I'm trying to lose weight. Looked on my meal planner, and came up with a Breakfast pizza. And it sounds easy. One English muffin face-up (I like the fiber ones). Scrambling up 2 eggs, couple of slices of tomato, some low fat feta cheese (crumbled kind) and maybe baby spinach. Plopping all that on my English muffin and tossing in the broiler until the cheese is slighty melted. How easy is that!!!!!! Maybe drizzle some hot sauce on it for zing!!!!. Okay, back to work.
