Happy Friday to all!!!! How is everyone doing? The weekend is almost here, and this is when I get nervous. I tend to fall off the track on making those good food choices. Hey!!! I'm human:). But, I must think of how good I am starting to feel. What a wonderful feeling when putting on jeans out of the dryer and not having to do deep knee squats to get them on, or laying flat on the bed! By now, you all know I'm drinking Shakeology for my lunch. This is no MAJIC/MIRACLE Shake. I also workout, and I go to my club membership on my web (www.beachbodycoach.com/movewithmary) There I get my meal plans and track my weightloss and goals. So, there is alot more than just drinking Shakeology if you want to see weight loss. You know that old saying "everything comes in threes". Well so doesn't weight loss!!! You need healthy food choices, you need to move (aerobics, etc.) and you need some type of muscle conditioning (basics using weights). Well have a wonderful day.
