Good morning viewers.
Okay let's talk FOOD. Since on my FB page MOVEWITHMARY, I mostly put out challenges for working out. I figured here we will discuss eating. And if you notice my picture I'm standing outside of a P.F. Chang restaurant:).
Now, I'm not a Nutritionist, so, I can't tell you what you should and should not be eating. But, I can still talk about it. Not sure if you know but, 70% of weight loss starts in the kitchen. Yup true. You can pump all the iron you want or workout 5 hours a day. But, you have to be aware of what you are eating also. There is the Food Pyramid on line. Now, it's called Myplate.gov. I think they added a new section of the pyramid? So, with that said. Check it out. And everything in moderation. Don't go for these fad diets. Those are just quick fixes. This is a JOURNEY (oh remember that word), and a lifestyle change. Just change one thing, and you will notice a difference.
