So, here it is lunch time already. How is everyone's day going so far. Hey it's another beauty out there, so, after you are done with your lunch. Go out for a walk. Oh, and don't forget to bring that water along with you. Did you know there are alot of fruits and veggies that have a high water content in them? Watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, summer squashes, mushrooms peppers, celery. And that's only a few! And here's an idea for those who just don't like plain water. Take frozen fruit (any kind)and put it in your water bottle. It will keep your water cold like ice does, and will flavor your water also. Oh, and when the fruit thaws (which it will), you can eat it. Pretty smart right? Well I can't take the credit for that one. I have a client that I train told me that little trick;). Have a wonderful afternoon and evening. Movewithmary.
