Happy Thurday viewers.
Well it's getting closer to the end of the week. And doing that happy dance. Hey you do the happy dance you burn calories. So, everybody start dancing! Fitness is all about what you make of it. Do something you like. If you do you will stick with it longer. It doesn't have or shouldn't be work. The same goes with eating. Make foods that you like. Experiment and try to make a healthier meal out of an old family recipe. Hey and if you are me (Italian), there are alot of meals to choose from to make healthy:). My mother's motto was "If it isn't swimming in oil it doesn't tast good". Oh and strive for getting that water in. Remember, chugging a glass before you eat will make you feel full.
