Good afternoon. How is everyone's day going so far? Just finished with lunch so, thought I'd blog in. Anyone doing anything exciting for lunch? Walking, drinking that water, surfing the web, reading my blog! Me, just thinking about the end of the day. Yes, I'm going home and getting in a workout. For the next 60 days. Well 57 now, I am doing the PiYo workout. This is what my Challenge group is doing, so I'm doing it along with them. I have already done this one, so I know what to expect. It's a combo of pilate's and yoga with strength training. Man, let me tell you. You do work up a sweat. And trying (notice I said trying) to follow the meal plan with it also. I've said it before and I will remind you again. I'm human. My biggest down fall is the eating part. And unfortunately 70% of any weight loss starts in the kitchen. You know there are some days that I really do wish there was a magic pill!!!!! Hey. I have to be honest. I struggle and always have struggled. But, I am trying to make it better. How about you?
