Yeah, it's Monday.
So, hope you all had a good weekend? I did. Too short as usual, and I had Friday off. Another long one coming up, YIPPPEEEE.
So, did you hear enough about water last week? Did or are you getting that water intake in? I hope so. So onto the next topic. FRUITS/VEGGIES!!!!!
Get them in! This are good for you. There are fruits out there that are packed with water (here we go). No honestly, and they are nice and refreshing. Veggies, are great on the grill. This is my new discovery this year. Funny, I always thought the grill was just for burgers and dogs, and other meats smothered in BBQ sauce. A little Extra Virgin Olive oil and that's it. Well at least for me. So, get in those fruits/veggies. And have a great morning. Oh put them in your eggs for breakfast!
