Happy Monday viewers.
Well here it is. The out come of the 3 Day Refresh. Down 4lbs. And let me say I was never so excited to hop on that scale on a Monday before.
I have to say it was easy to do. If I had done it during the week day it would have been REAL easy. But, I chose the weekend, because I wasn't sure how regimented I had to be. The only thing with ME doing it on the weekend is that I LOVE going out to eat and my wine. That was a little tough to get through, but I did. And the results were amazing.
The 3 days were super easy. Just follow what the book tells you. You do have to prep in advance. Grocery shop, chopping veggies. I even cooked some up in advance. Oh yes, the booklet. You get a booklet, which gives you all the information you will need for the 3 days. Tells you what fruits/veggies you can choose from, and the amounts to eat. For the dinner it even gives you recipes to follow if you wish. But, now the booklet can be a guide line for this program, to do it again. I will take this concept and just add lean meats and fish to it. And maybe more veggies.
