Happy Monday viewers. Well, maybe not so happy, but, it's Monday. How was everyones weekend? You do realize I give you a break on the weekends? Everyone needs time to do their own thing. And who wants me harping on getting excercise in or eating properly? So, here we go. It's Monday and back on track. That is what Mondays are for right? To start a new. So today's tip of the day is WATER!!!!!! Yup, who doesn't drink enough? I can honestly say I do. I like it I have no problem drinking it. But, for those who don't, let's try this. When you get up, start your day with one glass of 8oz. Don't give me that look!!!!! If you take any kind of supplements, medications, instead of just taking that sip to was the pills down, drink a 8oz's worth. It's easy, just chug it like a shot!!!!
