Good morning. Sorry no blog yesterday afternoon. I was hanging with the girls. My daughter in law, and the grand girls. So much fun. Thanks Donna, Olivia ,and Chloe. Ok. So, food shopped yesterday, and I did buy kale. Baked it in the oven, actually followed the instructions, and that's a big plus for an Italian! The verdict. They were ok. For starters, I had a boat load on the baking sheet. It's like spinach, it SHRINKS! They came out crunchy, but after they cool they got kinda soft. Guess you have to eat them right away. They were ok. I probably won't make them again? If I want crunch, I will have some whole grain tostito scoops (love those), and Paul Newman's salsa with pineapple (love that too).
