Happy Friday viewers God, do I hate working a 5 day week. My company does the 9/80. That's 9 hour days every other Friday off. On the working Friday it's an 8 hour day. And this is the working Friday. And it stinks coming off of a very long Holiday weekend. Well, you can't believe how excited I am. I have on my MOVEWITHMARY tee shirt I had made up. Getting ready for tomorrow's workout with Shaun T. And tonight I'm going out with some old room mates of mine for dinner. I have to stay focused. I know what won't be on the menu for me tonight. And that is any type of beer, wine, or any form of alcohol!!! It will be hard, but, I'm going to stick to my guns with this. Last thing I want to do is feel like crap, and jumping around.
