Hi again.
It's almost lunch time. What is everyone doing? What's for lunch? Hope it's nutritional. Or are you going for a walk and having lunch later? Yes I am full of questions this afternoon aren't I.
Need ideas on a workout, just come over to FB and visit me, MOVEWITHMARY. You can scroll down. I post workouts every morning for you to do. They are easy. Usually 4 things and you do 1 minute/5 cycles. Even I do them. Along with what my Challenge group from Beachbody is doing. How is that for dedication? And yes I do these workouts. For those who know me. You can set your clock by me. I come home from work, put on my workout gear, pop in a dvd, and push play. Oh, and when I have a class to teach, guess what they are doing? I will throw in moves from what ever workout I am supposed to be doing from my Beachbody challenge, and add the challenges that I post for my not Beachbody challengers.
Well, off to grab my lunch now. Yup, Shakeo and some veggies. LOVE my Shakeology. Hope you enjoy your lunch, no matter what it is you will be doing.
