Good morning viewers. How is everyone doing today? It's getting closer to the weekend. And I don't know where everyone lives, but, here in MA it is going to be another gorgeous one. Thank you Mother Nature since we had a LONG SNOWY winter! Back on track with this whole convinence thing of shakeology for lunch. This week though I have been doing veggies instead of fruit. Giving my body a shock. Did you know, your body does have a mind of it's own? If you do the same thing over, and over and over again, our bodies get use to it. For instance. Eating the same exact foods, Doing the same workouts. That is why we have to change things up. Your body won't know what hit it, and it will work harder. Even when it comes too changing up your food. Hey no lie, on the weekends, I will be different. Like I said I LOVE to eat!!!! So, instead of my shakeo for lunch, I might have a sandwich or something, and save the shakeo for a snack. Seems to be working, because I am now down 6 pounds. Yeah, I forgot to post that yesterday afternoon. Went down another half pound. Slow and steady. That is the way to lose.
