Good afternoon. Just finished my lunch. Yes, a shakeo. But, this time, I had summer squash with sautee'd onions, and some medium Paul Newman's salsa. I like the one with the Pineapple in it. It has a sweet and then POW to it. These veggies I made up on Sunday morning. So, now all I have to do is just scoop a cup full in a container for lunch, and heat them up when I'm ready to eat them. Yes, It's all about thinking ahead, and the most important part is preparing some things ahead of time. Like tonight, I will roast up some greeen beans with garlic and seasonings. I do enough for a couple of days servings. Don't forget I force feed these to my husband also. Oh come on. How many men out there really enjoy eating veggies? And while those are baking, I will also cut up some cukes, so all I have to do with those is throw in some grape tomatos and I'm good to go. I know it can be a bother getting things ready in advance. But, look at it this way. If you just take one day out of the weekend to do it (and it really doesn't take long), then it's done. And all you have to do is just scoop some into a container and away you go. You already have your shakeo. And that will give you enough protien plus all the vitamins it packs. Like I have NAGGED before and will do it again. This is no quick fix weight loss. It takes time, patience, and some work. I am not just drinking a shakeo and away I go, I'm thin. I am also eating. And eating and making better choices. As for working out. That is a plus factor for me. I teach aerobic classes, plus on the days I'm not teaching I am doing my own thing. Oh my goodness. And some aren't even Beachbody DVD's. But, I am a coach, and being a coach I do get a nice discount on the product. And if you let me, I can help you with your journey also.
