Good morning viewers.
And how is everyone on this fine Tuesday?
Even though I had a hectic weekend, I still managed to get in all my food preparations for the week. This is SO important for staying on track. At least for me. And portion control too is a big one. I do portion out everything. Even my fruits and veggies. Yeah, I know, and you even heard me say it here. "No one has ever gotten heavy from eating too many carrot sticks." But, what about that Blue cheese dip that goes along with it;)?
The thing with eating healthy or making the right food choices is you don't need alot to get you feeling full. Lean meats, fish, veggies/fruits, and complex carbs, will fill you up. THESE are not empty calories. These nourish your body, so they make you stay full longer.
