Happy afternoon viewers Well, how was your breakfast this morning? Or did you even have breakfast? Please don't tell me you are a breakfast skipper? That is such a no no. Do you realize your body needs food. We go all night long without anything in our stomaches. Like what, 7 or 8 hours? So, by not having breakfast will slow down that metabolism. Your body thinks it's going into starvation mode, so it will hold everything in, and store it. Think of YOU as fire, and food as fuel. You need fuel to keep that fire burning right? Well the same goes for our metabolism. In order for your metabolism to keep burning, you have to feed it. That is why it's very important to eat 3 meals a day with at least 2 maybe 3 snacks. Healthy food that is. Okay. Maybe one snack you can have something fun. But, still keep it in portion control. You will be amazed that you can eat and still lose weight. And how good and energized you will feel. That is why having a replacement shake isn't bad for you. As long as they aren't loaded with sugar. Rule of thumb. You should try not to consume anything over 6 grams of sugar per serving. And fat should be 3 grams of fat per 100 calories is average amount to consume. Try to strive for that. READ your labels!!! Just beacause something says "Light" doesn't mean it's less calories. You have to go to the back and read the calories, fat, sugars, and sometimes even carbs. Don't forget refined carbs turn into sugar also. Carbs can be confusing. We will get into those tomorrow. That's if I remember :). Hey, get over to my FB page MOVEWITHMARY.
