Well, here it is Wednesday already. What's for breakfast today? You have to eat breakfast. Yes I know, we went all over this yesterday. Even if it's a meal replacement, put something in your body. Have you tried Shakeology yet? Anyways, let's get back to CARBS. In all this crazy diet world, carbs get a bad name for themselves. Sure, there are good (complex) carbs,and bad (simple) carbs. I would hope you all know the difference by now. Your complex carbs, are for example: Sweet potato's, brown rice, whole grain/wheat bread. These are starches, and fiber. Now, not saying you can go eat a 5lb bag of sweet potato's or a loaf of whole grain or wheat bread. But, they are better than your basic potato, white bread, white rice, so on and so on (which are sugar). I think you get my drift. I am not a nutritionist, or dietition. These are things I have just learned over the years of watching what I eat. Not to say what works for me will work for you. Everyones body is different. You have to figure out what works for you and go with it. It can be all trial and error. Just don't get discouraged. This is a journey, remember. Hang in there, stay focused.
