Good morning viewers. Well we made it through Monday. Or at least I did. Long day though yesterday. Didn't think it was going to ever get over. Well yesterday is history, on to today. Tomorrow is weigh in day for me, and have to say not feeling overly anxious about it. I know I didn't to that good over the long holiday weekend. I'm scared, nervous, stress is setting in. Why do I do this to myself. Have you ever felt like this? Well, those who are trying or have tried to lose some weight? Anyways, I've changed up my routine a bit. You know me by now. I like to keep it easy and simple. Well today I have an egg white with 1/2 fiber one muffin and a slice of tomatoe. Although, for lunch I do have my Shakeo, but, this time I have summer squash with onions that I baked in the oven. Don't worry, I didn't blend them together!!!! And I have veggies and some cheese for snacks, oh along with a 100 calorie pack of almonds. How's that for being healthy. Hitting the workouts HARD this week. I'm working out with Shaun T on Saturday. Not just me, there will be others. I want to build up my stamina, so, I'm not sucking wind or passing out!!!! Then it's a meet with him and picture taking:). God I love being a Beachbody Coach. Some of the perks. This has been a long blog hasn't it? Hope you are all enjoying the read. Until this afternoon. Movewithmary

  1. Spaghetti Squash, fresh chives (minced), fresh garlic (minced), scrambled egg whites, and mushrooms (chopped). Try it! Soooo good! I just put in the oven at 350 for 35 min, scrap it out into a bowl and add in everything and mix it all together. Yields like 12 servings!
